This section of our portfolio features projects that we provided visualization services for rather than visualization apurtenant to design. We are not a rendering house and we don't offer cut-rate photorealistic renderings like an overseas consultant. What we do offer is 3D modeling and visualization services to Architects, Contractors and the general public for the purpose of exploring space and clearly communicating a design. The models and graphics that we produce can be used by a professional to help a client better understand a design or to submit to a planning agency for a project approval among other things.. |

Luow Secondary Dwelling
San Luis Obispo, CA
The production of a Google Sketch-Up model of a secondary residence proposed behind an existing single family residence. Jeff Dillon, AIA approached Andersen Design + Visualization to produce a model and 3D graphics of the project for submission to the City of San Luis Obispo Planning Department. The project site is impacted by a creek setback and Jeff needed to get a variance for the project to move forward. He recognized that for a relatively small additional cost to his client he could add the extra pop and clarity to his presentation that could tip the scales in his favor with the City. |
