Andersen Design and Visualization is a residential design studio in San Luis Obispo, CA specializing in additions and remodels but also experience with new homes from small to large custom. 

What separates us from a typical residential designer is that your addition, remodel, or new home is designed in 3D which enables you to visually experience your project before construction is even started.  We’ve found that with this experience our clients are not only happier with their final designs and more confident moving into construction but because fewer changes need to be made in the field  there is often a cost savings realized by the end of the project.  We also enjoy low overhead which allows us to pass on very competitive rates to our clients.
