Terron Holdings Estate
Santa Margarita, CA

The design of a new residence and corten steel barn on a hilly seven acre site impacted by wetlands. Also challenging with this project was an HOA initial hostile to the corten barn. The residence features high-volume spaces and 16'-0" high ceiling in the living room that serves as a stack for venting out heat during the hot Santa Margarita summers. The entire estate was designed and built to a strict budget.

McCullough Remodel

The conversion of an inefficient early eighties kit home with small compartmentalized rooms into an open plan home that embraces the outdoors and features spacious bedrooms, plenty of storage, a kitchen worthy to entertain and unique bathrooms.

Missionary Parsonage

The design and construction of a four bedroom missionary dormatory on top of the existing church sanctuary. Andersen Design + Visualization was involved in the entire process from design, to materials acquisition, to physical construction.

Entry House
Las Ventanas Ranch

This project was done by Ian Andersen when he worked at RRM Design Group. Pat Blote was the project manager and Ian carried the project from design through construction administration. The kiosk holds the mail for the ranch and serves to welcome everyone that enters the beautiful Las Ventanas Ranch near Tally Vineyards.

Cayucos Elementary School

This was another project that Ian worked on while at RRM Design Group. He served as the lead designer and draftsman under Todd Hansen as project manager. Working on the project during his entire time at RRM, Ian was able to help see a large project from start to nearly complete.
